Find the Right Hendry Office

For Hendry County Jail custody and booking matters, contact the Hendry County Sheriff's Office at 101 S. Bridge Street, LaBelle, FL 33935, or call 863-674-5600. HCSO does not publish records-office hours or a booking-photo-specific fee in the reviewed material. Its Public Records Request page routes older or missing booking-record and photograph requests to the official GovQA system. For the east side of the county, HCSO also maintains a Clewiston office at 100 E. El Paso Avenue, Clewiston, FL 33440, phone 863-805-5000.

A Clewiston arrest can produce records held by two offices. The Clewiston Police Department Records Services unit handles police-created reports at 300 S. Berner Road, Clewiston, FL 33440. Call 863-983-1474 or email police@clewiston-fl.gov. Records hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except holidays. Request the jail intake record or booking photograph from HCSO, not CPD, when the person was booked into Hendry County Jail.

For filed charges, docket activity, and the final court outcome, use the Hendry County Clerk. The LaBelle courthouse is at 25 E. Hickpochee Avenue, LaBelle, FL 33935; call 863-675-5217 or the criminal division at 863-675-5209. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The Clewiston Clerk office is at 1100 S. Olympia Street, Suite 502, and its phone is 863-983-1464. Use 911 for an emergency, never a records form, app, email, or social post.

Choose a route based on the record and the person's present custody stage:

  • Use the Hendry County search guide for the official inmate roster, a booking photograph, or a focused HCSO record request.
  • Use Most Wanted Fugitives for the official wanted-notice and warrant-check routes, not for post-release supervision.
  • Check HCSO Inmate Search for present local custody or a VINE status alert; no separate official same-day arrest feed was found.
  • Ask HCSO for an older or missing Hendry County Jail record and ask the Clerk for court disposition.
  • Ask CPD for a Clewiston police report, then ask HCSO separately for the county jail intake and photo.
  • Search the Florida Department of Corrections offender system only for a person sentenced into state custody.
  • Use the federal BOP or ICE locator for federal or immigration custody; neither is the Hendry County jail roster.
